About Us
Step into a world where Christmas magic feels real again. We celebrate meaningful festive storytelling that connects people, supports independent filmmakers, and creates an uplifting space for audiences.
Our Mission
The Christmas Spirit Film Festival is a joyful celebration of festive storytelling on screen, bringing together film, music, and community to honour the timeless spirit of the season. Based in Birmingham, England, the festival welcomes filmmakers and audiences from around the world to share stories that capture warmth, hope, faith, joy, and reflection.
Beyond the red carpet and screenings, the festival includes masterclasses and drama workshops for children, creating opportunities for learning, creativity, and inspiration for the next generation.
Rhoda Wilson Productions
Building on an established creative foundation, the festival is a natural extension of Rhoda Wilson Productions. Established in 2013, the company has produced Christmas films and created the much-loved annual event An Evening Celebrating Christmas.
Our vision is for the festival to become a cherished annual tradition — a place where stories come alive, songs uplift the soul, and the true meaning of Christmas is experienced in a fresh and unforgettable way.
