Available Roles

We have a variety of positions available to suit different skills and interests. No prior experience is necessary for most roles.

Ushers & Guest Services
Welcome attendees, assist with seating, and ensure the venues are comfortable and accessible for everyone.
Registration & Ticketing
Check in guests, distribute lanyards and passes, and handle box office queries to ensure a smooth entry experience.
Runners
Support the festival team with dynamic, on-the-go tasks to keep the event running smoothly behind the scenes.
Tech Assist
Assist our technical team with Q&A mic running, stage resets, and minor AV support between screenings.
